These hand guns are not on the DOJ roster, so in order to buy one here in California they have to be converted to single shot pistols to make them roster exempt. Don’t worry about that though – once in your possession you can legally convert them back to their original 6+1 capacity. Available in .45 long colt, .44 magnum, and .38 special / .357 magnum calibers. These “mare’s leg” hand cannons are a ton of fun, use common pistol calibers, and will always get a lot of attention at the range. Yours for $480 plus tax and DROS. This price includes the single shot conversion and assistance reversing the process if required.

I’ve learned that as an 01 FFL I can buy off roster handguns like the Gen 4 Glock 19 through my distributors, convert them to single shot, then sell them and DROS them to anyone in California. You would then be able to convert them back to normal operation yourself. Oh, the possibilities. Here’s a link to the Calguns.net thread explaining the process:

Just a quick update for everyone out there – as you can imagine it’s quite difficult to get anything these days outside of expensive over-under shotguns. I have an order in for Stag lower parts kits, but haven’t received at update on that in weeks.

I’m hoping this will all start to blow over soon, but while our government mulls increasingly restrictive gun control laws the uncertainty is leading to panic buying across the country, and even my distributors are cleaned out.
